Windows: Help with Installation and Common Problems: Installation Problems Right-click the link to download a Word document listing common installation questions and fixes for different installation problems.; StandardWindowsInstallation.pdf. You do not have to download this file if you already have the software installed.
Macintosh: Help with Installation and Common Problems: Choose the Word or PDF version of installation and usage instructions for Mac OS X. Be sure to use this document to install your standalone server on a Mac instead of the directions provided in Appendix C of the textbook). The MAMP installation described here is quick and easy. This document is kept current, and walks you through the entire process. The document also expains how to use the server with this textbook.; Webtech folders (308KB).
